  4. Banners Creating banners: Size: 940x420 px Text: ~15 words Background: Simple, no photographs, not too busy Remember, banners can link to other pages!

  5. Simple background Not too busy Under 15 words Very clean & concise Busy & messy Too many words Unprofessional Too personal No

  6. Posting Content When creating content for the Cyberkey: Follow graphic standards Keep information clear and concise Get it approved! Send PDF and editable file to DTE and Mr. Roberson Provide explanation of content, where to post, etc

  7. Website Links Submit your websites to the Division Account Inventory form to have them linked on the Cyberkey
