  2. INTRODUCTION BENELL PERSPECTIVES LIMITEDis an integrated Construction firm of Architects, Engineers and Quantity Surveyors. In an integrated system, the planning for both design and construction proceed almost simultaneously, examining various alternatives which are desirable from both viewpoints and thus eliminating the necessity of extensive revisions under the guise of value engineering. Furthermore, the review of designs with regard to their constructability are carried out as the project progresses from planning to design. BENELL PERSPECTIVES LIMITEDhandles design and construction of all building types – commercial, residential, industrial, institutional and religious. We also do interior decoration and technical jobs like installation of Automated Teller Machines (ATM). Our success is made possible by a committed and efficient team of professionals who are directly responsible for the technicians and artisans who work under them. KEY PROFESSIONALS ANTHONY NWAOCHEI (L.L.B) Anthony Nwaochei is the managing Partner of the Law Crest (Barristers & Solicitors), a Lagos based Law Firm and a Solicitor and Advocate of the supreme court of Nigeria with 14 Years post-call experience. He is a member of several Professional bodies including the Nigerian Institute of Management and International Trademarks Association among others. Mr. Nwaochie is also a Director of several companies including Elite HR &Logistics Limited, Crest Integrated Systems Limited, Crest Consult Limited, Fin Crest Limited and Germin Tech Limited amongst others. He is the Chairman of BENELL PERSPECTIVES LIMITED. CHIEJINE ECHEMUNOR (HND QUANTITY SURVEYING) Chiejine Echemunor is a Quantity Surveyor with over 8 years experience. He got his initial post-qualification experience under Allied Quantity Surveyors, Comprehensive Project Management Services Limited (CPMS), PUNZ Ltd, a Real Estate and construction firm that constructed over 50 buildings for UBA Plc and O’Spaces Ltd. His technical skills were developed during this period when his schedule of duties included preparation of Bills of Quantities and management of the firms’ numerous projects. He is the Managing Director of BENELL PERSPECTIVES LIMITED.

ENGR; ABIDEMI OGUNNAIKE (COREN) Project Director, is a registered engineer with vast years of experience in civil engineering, construction and project management. He is in charge of all project execution planning He is the Project Manager of Benell Perspectives Limited LEKAN BALOGUN (MNSE,PMP Bsc, CIVIL ENGR)PROJECT COORDINATOR. His an experience span over a decade in the construction industry. He has designed and supervise many projects raging from real estate, banks and other challenging and construction projects.

  5. BABAJIDE ONANUGA (B.Sc, M.Sc Architecture) Babajide is an Architect with over 8 years experience. He worked with ELA Associates Architects, Benin City and ECAD Design Architects, Lagos before joining Benell. He has been on the project team for various construction jobs including the Students Centre, University of Lagos to Bank buildings, fast food outlets, luxury homes and a church. He is the Project Manager of Benell Perspectives Limited. KEY PROFESSIONALS DAVIDSON AKPALA (B.Sc., M.Sc. Architecture) Davidson has been in the practice of Architecture for 8 years with Clafem Associates and O’Spaces Ltd. At Benell, he prepares Shop drawings. These are drawings that present the assembly details for erecting a structure which are prepared by the construction contractor and reviewed by the design professional.

  6. KEY PROFESSIONALS ABAYOMI OMOFAIYE (B.Sc. Architecture) Abayomiis an architect with 6 years experience. He acquired practical consultancy and construction experience while with O’spaces Ltd. His specialty is correct interpretation of architectural drawings, contract document vetting and ensuring strict compliance to industry standards. It is also his duty to monitor process flow and logistics. OLADAPO AFOLABI CALEB (HND Quantity Surveying) Afolabi is a quantity surveyor with 4 years experience in the construction industry in Nigeria. His experience is invaluable to our Operations. He specialises in preparing quantities for engineering works as well as commercial buildings. ABOLAJI OGUNDERU (B.Sc. Eng) Bolaji a civil Engineer with 6 years experience. He worked with Shekinah Shelter Trust before joining BPL. He handles project supervision and structural details. He helps identify and report areas of potential conflicts and resolve trade disputes on site.
