General Information • JDC is a unit of Deere & Company • Offices in 17 countries • Primary role is to provide financing to enhance the sale of Deere equipment around the world • We provide installment loans, lease products, revolving credit, operating loans, wholesale financing, crop insurance and we also provide debt and equity financing for wind energy projects • One of the largest equipment financing companies in the US…2007 finance volume was nearly $32B.

General Information • JDC moved it’s world headquarters to Johnston in May of 2000 • Our existing building is approximately 240,000 square feet and comprised of two 115,000 square foot buildings adjoined by a common atrium • Current occupation is roughly 1050 people and our total capacity is estimated at 1150 seats • In short, we’re running out of room!

Growth Projections • Current 5 year projections call for over 300 additional employees to manage our anticipated growth • While growth will come from all of our existing businesses, it is our newer businesses that are driving our more significant growth (wind energy, insurance and other renewables
