1. Hello! I’m Ms. Mason New Orleans, Louisiana! Home Town of the Saints, the most amazing Soul Food, and Me! Breanna C. Mason

2. I was born on July 27, A “Summer, Summer, Summer, Summer time” baby. But school is not in session in the summer. So, I will be celebrating on January 27…my Half B-day!…You can try this as well if you like!

3. School Facts • I attended two schools at the same time while in High School in New Orleans. • McMain Magnet (in the Morning) • New Orleans Center of Science and Math (in the afternoon) Why??? You may ask… Because I wanted to! I love (and I had strengths in) Science and Mathematics ELA and Spelling…Not So much! I have to work really hard to do well in those subjects. But Then…

4. Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf Coast!!!! My family was split up, and I was displaced. I ended up in Ruston, Louisiana, and graduated from Ruston High. But It all worked out…I was covered! I attended Louisiana Tech University Let’s Get it BullDawgs!!!! …and pledged Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc.

5. …and GRADUATED!!!! Then I got the travel bug…. LoL, Yes. My hair does change a lot…

6. Favorite spots so far… New Orleans, LA. Oakland, CA. Orlando, FL. Jacksonville, FL. San Francisco, CA. Here in the U.S.A. My Fiancé and Step-Daughter Washington D.C. Sonoma Valley, CA. Austin, Tx.

10. For two years, I lived in Trinity, Texas… I have been teaching with Houston ISD for years… This is year 9 for me!!! …teaching at the O.E.C. 

11. Now I call Houston Home! I am very excited and ready for another amazing year here at T.H. Rogers!!!
