OUR COMMUNITY. ON CAMPUS. INSERT TITLE Our Grace Bridges calls herself “the omelette lady,” but she is much more than that at Sodexo. Grace has been a fixture at Sodexo for the last 30 years. She started working as a line server for Marriott Food Corp. which then became Sodexo. Fifteen years ago, she started making omelettes for students at Bruff Commons. Grace enjoys interacting with students each morning and “taking them under my wing.” She’s enjoyed her tenure at Sodexo so much she’s recommended it to family members as a place of employment.
