Webinar – VAB Presentation On October 27, 2010, Will Shepherd, General Counsel with the Hillsborough County Property Appraiser’s Office gave an overview on the changes that have occurred related to the Value Adjustment Board during 2010, including the presumption of correctness, professionally accepted appraisal practices, exchange of evidence, and the eighth criteria (15% Cost of Sale). 22. Unique Appraisal Problems Seminar On April 19, 2011, Rick Stuart, CAE instructed a FCIAAO organized seminar which deals with unique appraisal problems. He used case studies using actual market date to step the participants through the appraisal process of measuring value and/or value loss. He covered topics ranging from mold to out-of-town buyers, to valuation using limited sales. Main Menu Educational Opportunities

23. Workshop 151 USPAP On April 18 - 20, 2011, Pat Alesandrini, MAI instructed a 3 day/15 Hour USPAP Workshop 151 on behalf of the FCIAAO. The course qualified as recertification hours for IAAO and AI designees. Main Menu Educational Opportunities
