Unit 3 Review – Descriptive Statistics • Creating a scatter plot by hand and by using the graphing calculator. • Draw a line of best fit • Determine positive, negative, or no correlation. • Determine the equation of the line of best fit. • Determine if the data has a linear or exponential correlation. • Use the equation of best fit to interpolate and extrapolate. • Calculate and compare the mean, median, and mode of data • Calculate, apply, and compare the standard deviation. • Determine if individual values are “statistical unusual” • Benchmark is Thursday 28th February.
