Heritability Estimates of SNPs in LASSO Analysis for Conformation Traits with Permutation Thresholds

This study presents figures detailing the heritability estimates of Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) obtained through LASSO analysis for 29 conformation traits. The thresholds for these estimates were determined using 1,000 permutations to ensure robust statistical validity. A total of 500 SNPs were plotted against the heritability values of the investigated traits. The dotted line on the graphs represents the threshold ascertained through the permutation method, providing a clear visual representation of the significance of the associated traits.
