The website/PSO & form Details all on the website hmprisonservice.gov.uk (search: research) PSO being updated Form MUST be completed Think about what level of review will be conducted when deciding on the research The SPO is beign upadtd but exists as it stands on the website at present The form must be completed. Some peole dont complete it and send in REC approval forms or complete parts of it. This will result in it being returned It is also worth anyone thinking about researh to consider what level of review the form will undergo.     6. Reality? Local research often still forwarded to Area Psychologist for oversight. All national submissions and many other submissions referred to key stakeholders for additional review when outside of own sphere can lead to delays. Range of issues considered
