  4. Mission Statement & Company Values • In this venture, our company is willing to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction, and hopes to provide everyone we know with high quality t-shirts. Our air-brushers, or brush masters as we call them, are professionals in the deadly arts of airbrushing, and will ensure that you shirt is the way you want it. We encourage you to express yourselves; to get a new feel, a new look, a new you. Remember, originality isn’t dead. Company Values • Customer is always right • No refunds or exchanges after Airbrushing has started • If a mistake is made, a new t-shirt will be made for the customer.

Description of the Store • Located at the North Park Secondary School, in the Commons Corner • Store name and logo are on the top of the Commons Corner • We will hang Samples of pre-airbrushed shirts on a red back wall • There will be a cashier and an airbrushing working at the counter for any questions/ concerns

  36. Conclusion We believe that the plan for our business idea will be a success because we think that students should have the right to express themselves in a unique and a special way. We sense that our business will be successful because being young teenagers, we go through numerous phases and if we see something of interest to us or a popular item, most teenagers are likely to go out and buy that for themselves. Therefore we feel that if we start up our business about air brushing t-shirts then students are able to customize the way they want, a lot of people would buy these shirts, thus leading to even more students buying because it may end up being popular.
