  2. Product Design Trends in 2019 Product design is imperative in the present scenario as it in one of the prime drivers in making a successful sale. However, consumer expectations keep on changing. The design that was a showstopper in a particular year may be a disaster in the following year.

Thus, fluctuating consumer expectations is the reason why a lot of businesses today look forward to the product design trends so that they can stay in the race and their products can stay in demand. In such a scenario, the product designer must be well-acquainted to all the ongoing trends so that he can create stellar product design.

The modern-day consumers love to work on the go so they usually prefer buying those products that can travel along with us. For instance, desktop computers were a great invention but the creation of the laptop was necessary to cater to the customers need.

For instance, instead of buying three different shampoos to tackle hair problems like split ends, frizz or dryness, the smarter consumer would look for a multipurpose/all-in-one shampoo.

  12. The consumers are refraining themselves from buying those products that are made of plastic. In 2019, due to the ever-spreading awareness among the masses, the consumers will look forward to eco-friendly products that will replace plastic from the world.
