Tolérance de la romidepsine • Tolérance non hématologique : évènements indésirables liés au traitement • Lymphomes T cutanés • Nausées : 67 % (3 % grade ≥ 3) • Fatigue : 49 % (10 % grade ≥ 3) • Vomissements : 34 % (2 % grade ≥ 3) • Lymphomes T périphériques • Nausées : 53 % (3 % grade ≥ 3) • Thrombocytopénie : 44 % (21 % grade ≥ 3) • Fatigue : 43 % (7 % grade ≥ 3) • Arrêts de traitements liés aux évènements indésirables • Lymphomes T cutanés : 28/167 (17 %) • Lymphomes T périphériques : 28/150 (19 %) EHA 2010 - D’après B.
