Chapter Plans / Issues • Strengths – enormous size, includes 14 different Societies • Weaknesses – enormous size—too unwieldy and people do not feel engaged • Opportunities – could provide valuable help to local engineering managers to help them as their organizations grow • Threats – inadequate volunteers committed to helping with this
