2. Good news for borrowers. We have over the past three (3) months we have seen some positive responses from our specialize lenders.  Such lenders specialize in assisting borrowers that don’t meet normal lending criteria’s based on their bad credit rating, mortgage arrearsor just the inability to demonstrate financials.

3. Some of our lenders have made the executive decision to slightly relax their lending policies given the confidence that the evaluations throughout the country have stabilized. There is a small amount of confidence that property prices will not fluctuate any lower as they have previously have throughout the past 3 to 4 years.  Instead the optimistic view is that evaluation process will remain constant and increase slightly over the next 3 to 5 years.

4. Based on this confidence, lenders are now more prepared to assist clients or borrowers that don’t meet the standard credit guidelines of major lending streams.

5. We hope this will continue, so we can continue to help more Australians who have bad credit rating and mortgage arrears due to uncontrolled circumstances and one of life experiences.
