Project Summary Scope of Works • Target - Original Contract Scope of Works Total Number of SCNs: 8 • Total Approved: 7 • Comments • 3 off Ventilation systems including fans and inlet ducting added to scope. • Variation received for fan access platforms for the UW144 scrubber fans. • Variation received for instrument and valve changes. • Negative variation received for changes to the CD5 slurry disposal system.

Project Summary Client Satisfaction • Target – Score of 80% or above with Client Survey Form • Comments • Client satisfaction over all BHP SSA projects from recent KPI questionnaire had total score of 86.63%, an improvement on the previous year. • Scores over 90% for Safety, Management, Technical and Deliverables and Cost and Order Management.
