WHY PHYSICAL FITNESS IS IMPORTANT Through out my career many people have asked me for is there any need of having a physically fit body and flexible one,first of all this is the problem of unaware of health most people think visiting regularly to hospital and checking blood sugra etc can be a healthy persons’ identity but in reality its the sign of a human who is falling to illness than wellness.The key to wellness is 80%nutrition&20% of exercise but ost people are addicted to medicines and other medical things.physical fit can be defined not only by physical workout but also eating the best nutrition on body. in the modern days everything is instant expect health.people dont have time to do physical exercise and no time to focus on there health and family. If you are physically fit u can more b active and enthusiast on your life. Anybody who is looking forward for a excellent career and a lifetyle should have a physically fit body and mind. Moreover nobody in the world likes an unhealthy one. And also aging population is high during this time, in this instant world people are not ready to take care an unhealthy body you will be burden for your family if you are in a unhealthy situation even though u have a un countable amount of wealth,cause health brings you wealth and wealth brings you happiness. So for your feature happiness it is important to have health. And most importantly going to gym for a physical fitness is very important as you are going for a job.The earnings u earn from your job oves your body also because you invest not only your time but also your body and energy. As our ancestors told your body is your temple keep it safe and clean. But how much are we conscious of our body until we are hospitalized. I always say to everyone i know that prevention is better tha cure. But the modern world never allows us to prevent bcz majourly our food habit most of us are having junk foods and late night food which causes our internal organs to slowly stop action. And besides that we are not not letting the toxic contents that entered our body through food,by doing workout or adding detoxificant foods in our body and majour part of our people dont know what are all the foods we must consume for having protein vitamins & minerals fibre creatine etc. our education system is not providing that thats’ why many fitness centre and gym are taking high initiative for making our community healthier. Be a part of the community and make your health more more higher. As per my trainig experience more people from our country is conscious about their health but they really dont know what is the proper way to be in. Becoming a fitness freak starts with the right mindset. Set clear, realistic goals and remind yourself why you started—whether it’s for strength, confidence, or better health. Make fitness a priority, not a chore. Build a routine and stay consistent, even on tough days. Surround yourself with positive influences—trainers, friends, or fitness communities.
