  2. Conjecture We think penguins use adaptions to survive in their icy ecosystem.

  3. Water Adaptations • Penguins spend 75% of there whole life in water • Penguins have wings (not to fly) to swim faster • Penguins don’t dive into deep water because of predators • Penguins stay warm because of there fat and blubber

  4. Land adaptations • They use heat to keep warm in cold ecosystem • Huddle to stay warm • Has blubber to stay dry • Black feathers to attract heat

  5. Body Parts • Penguins have more feathers than any other birds • Penguins have webbed feet to help them swim faster

  6. Fun Facts • Penguins have pointy feathers • Live in South Africa ,New Zealand ,Australia And Peru • Eat squid
