  3. Tuesday 11/12 • Jocelin has 12 yards of ribbon and needs 3 yards to wrap a present. How many presents can she wrap with the ribbon that she has? • Jasmin has 13 yards of ribbon and needs 3 yards to wrap a present. How many presents can she wrap with the ribbon that she has?

  6. Wednesday 11/13 • Try to solve this problem using Ramona method of drawing pictures. • It takes ¾ of a yard of ribbon to make a bow. If Kayleehas 5 ½ yards of ribbon, how many bows can she make?

  7. Madison • Since is the same as and is the same as , this problem is really the same as . I can think of this as dividing 11 pieces into groups of 6 or 11÷ 6.
