    • Take minutes for the following meetings:

      • Any Executive Committee Meetings; in person, teleconference

    • Vote on items in front of Executive Committee

    • Minutes

    • Submit budget items

  • Duties

    • Contact committee members

    • Create goals for year, based on chapter priorities (http://www.mcmla.org/president)

    • Develop/submit a budget to the Executive Secretary (by December 5th) *

    • Review special duties for the committees in P & P Manual (i.e. Membership Committee awards an MCMLA membership at the Annual Meeting)

      * ES will send out a form to use this week.
