Effects of SV40 on MAdCAM-1 and Cytokines in Regulating Inflammatory Responses

This study investigates the impact of SV40 on the expression of MAdCAM-1 and cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-1β, and IFN-γ within a controlled temperature environment of 33°C to 37°C. Using a control group for comparison, we analyze the role of MAdCAM-1 and LYVE-1 in inflammation markers associated with the immune response. The findings provide insights into cellular interactions under inflammatory conditions and the potential therapeutic roles of regulating MAdCAM-1 in diseases involving TNF-α and other cytokines.
