Shape? What does the person’s face look like? Eyes Nose Ears Other (ex. Glasses, facial hair) Lips/Teeth What does the person wear?   7. How to Describe the Weather…Ask Yourself: What is the temperature? High? Low? What precipitation? (rain, snow, sleet, hail) What is the wind like? Force (MPH)? Direction? What is the sun or cloud cover? What other details are important? What effect does the weather have on daily life? What activities would be good for the day?

Where and when does the action take place? How does the action start and end? What is the effect of the action (what happens because of it?)What might happen next?

What are the people like? How many? What type of people?What is the culture like? What can you find there? (buildings, animals, food, other) What is the weather like?
