  12. Save Graphics as GIF, not BMP • GIFs are much smaller, and display just as nicely, as the BMP files – but are often MUCH smaller and compact (for example, the BMP of this screen shot was about 2.8 MB ( =2,800 KB) versus 35 KB for the GIF

  14. ImportingTables, etc. • Sometimesit may be better to reformat or recreate a true table directly in PowerPoint for readability
