AzTAP Inventory Management For Our AT Demo & Loan Program From Vision - Forecasting… • Rental Vision: Is a software – designed for video rental stores to manage tapes/DVD's • We use a slightly modified or customized version of their base software. Our major mod: Printable loan contract for borrowers of equipment • Screen shots paint the picture of the major features orlayout of the software…

  4. Rental Vision Reports • Current or active loans • Daily or that days reservations • Tracking of or list of overdue loans • Entire active or inactive customer & equipment list • Complete equipment inventory or catalogue • Wide variety of data on loan activities for reporting purposes

  5. Rental Vision Features We Like… • Upload the data file (inventory) from Microsoft Access to our AT Demo & Loan program website • Log items out for repairs, lost/stolen, etc. • Space for a detailed list or inventory of all items that come with a piece of equipment

Rental Vision Computer Software Compatibility Information • Windows based product • Works with Windows XP – back to Win 98 • V 10 – released April 09 is compatible with Windows Vista • V 10.1 will be Windows 7 compatible (this fall – prior its release in October) • May work with Mac running Windows e.g. on a Parallel’s platform - not officially supported • Will not work with Linux based systems

  8. Sharing of Database Information • Can have multiple “stores” per single location • Multiple terminals in a single location can share a database (same network) • No capabilities for communication between multiple sites using independent databases • Multistore module planned for the future

Users can reserve, request items, etc. via site

Customizations… Customizable for each users needs for additional charges: • small changes within the base version e.g.: position of a screen, text displayed • larger changes would require a stand alone version Groups can combine and use together to share the cost of a modified or stand alone version
