  8. Cystoscopy (Tanggal20 Juni 2006) Seekor cacing keluar dari mulut ureter

  9. Renal Pyelography dan Cystoscopy Tanggal 26 June 2006 Banyak cacing keluar dari ureter kiri dan diketemukan banyak di kandung kencing; Dievakuasi memakai helix evacuator  Sebanyak 65 grams cacing dengan diameter 2-3 mm dan panjang 35–40 cm.

  10. Jumlah total cacing : • - Utuh= 16 intact worms + beberapa tidak utuh  total ± 23 cacing • Berat total > 65 grams • Diputuskan: • Pengangkatan ginjal • Memperbaiki kondisi umum

  12. Isolasi Ginjal Kiri Setelah Nephregtomy Kidney enlarged Destroyed and fragile Ginjal membengkak, tapi sudah tidak ada lagi cacingnya Jaringan parenkhim rusak dan rapuh Sistem Peviocalyces dan upper pole ginjal rusak sama sekali
