CRC Review from the past 12 months: • The sad news: • Said goodbye to (moved away): • Whitney Bangen (ND) • John and Anne Childs (Flagstaff) • Phil and Tara Matthews (Alaska) • Steve and Aubrey Neihaus (Baltimore) • Darryl and Lacey Sieker (SF) • Chris Swaim (NC) • Frank Wilbur • The glad news: • If you’re new to CRC in the last 12 months, please stand • 5 newcomer’s luncheons (average of about 10 new people in each one) • Started 2 new home groups (Elias, Stobie) • Children – • Deanna added to “official” staff • Hundred Palms Outreach to elderly (Jessica) • Youth – • Craig/Cheryl Kicked off Student-led Youth Ministry training • First bash at SRHS • Misha Tyler leads a student-led Bible study Wednesday nights

  2. Men and Women – • 20+ at both retreats • Administration: • Added Linda Stobie to the staff • We continue to have a strong website and internet presence (average 500 visitors per month, which tends to yield roughly 6-8 new families, or about 20 visitors per month; Facebook, Yuku) • In our community and our world: • Partnering with other churches: • Market on the Move; Worship leading at ECC • Easter Sunrise Service (last year, and in two weeks!) • Pastor Kyle: monthly Pastor’s covenant group; Pastor’s Prayer Summits • Partnering with and Supporting other ministries: • Arabian Oasis ($50); Young Life ($50); John and Anne Childs ($200) • GVR: Housing, 50 Christmas meals (?) • 4Tucson ($400 a year) • Barnabus fund has donated roughly $6000 in the past 12 months • Supporting Missions: • Tracey Stevenson to Hawaii and Japan • Camille Morgan - Indonesia • Alex Elias – still currently in Australia

  3. Vision/Preview for the next 12 months (Elders are committed to prayer and identifying/releasing ministers for the following): • 4 new Home Groups • 2 block parties across the street (May and October) • Move to 2 services or increase auditorium size to accommodate growth • 9 NCLs (one every 6 weeks) • Double our missions support to $12000 • Monthly partnership with Market on the Move and Saguaro EV Free • PK has a goal to start 3 more pastor’s covenant groups in East Tucson
