Briefly

  3. Your barcode & PIN To access your borrower record you will need your library barcode and your PIN. The barcode is on the front of the card; for security reasons the PIN is issued separately. If you do not know your barcode or PIN please contact your local TAFE college library. Please be aware that the barcode and PIN are not the same as your Student or Staff E-Services username and password. Barcode: 14 digits commencing with “25555”

  4. TAFE Catalogue Main Page Access the TAFE library catalogue. The catalogue is available on the internet 24 hours/7 days. The URL: http://tafecat.tafensw.edu.au/tafecat.html. Select your local library from the drop down list and press “Go to the catalogue”. Drop down list of libraries here

  8. Review My Account This option will show you the items you have currently on loan and when they are due to be returned.

  9. Renew My Materials This option allows you to check your current loans and the status of those loans. You can only renew if your loans are not overdue, or if there are no reservations on the items. Select Items to Renew (default option); or, Select all. Choose the appropriate check box and radio button. If there are no current loans the following message will display: “You do not have any outstanding obligations or activity in your account.”

Once this is done press the “Change PIN” button. If the change is successful the system will respond with “PIN Changed 25555 … 's PIN has been changed.”
