  3. Using Styles Home Styles (drop down arrow) Choose style (another drop down) Click Modify (Choose font, size, etc) (In this document, all documents….etc) Type with new style, or highlight text.

  5. Creating a Table of Contents References Table of Contents Select style

  6. Creating and Using Bookmarks Place cursor Insert Bookmark Insert Hyperlink Click “Place in Document”

  7. Inserting Watermarks Page Layout Watermark Template, Text or Picture

  8. Using Document Templates New Document Choose from Templates Save as “Word Template” When you Open, “My templates”

  9. Saving as PDF Save as Adobe PDF

  10. Using Comments and Changes Review Track Changes New Comment Show Markup Compare Final Showing Markup (drop down)
