Mission 21st STB provides life support for all U.S. Soldiers and selected partner nation forces participating in exercise Saber Strike 12 from 08-23 JUN 12 in Tapa, Estonia in order to facilitate and enable Saber Strike objective. Purpose The purpose of this briefing is to inform the Saber Strike participants on our mission and support of Mayor Cell Operations for Saber Strike 12 in order to facilitate and meettrainingobjectives.

  9. Medical Clinic Hours of Operations Daily: 0800-1700hrs After hours: Call 56734668 For emergency call 112 from cell phone
  10. Sick Call Procedures Sick call hours will be conducted between 0600-0700. All personnel will report to the staff duty desk to sign out & complete a sick call slip. Once complete with appointment SM will return SIGNED sick call slip to Staff Duty NCO SDNCO will then file the sick call slip.
  11. Daily PERSTAT G1 All subordinate organization will forward PERSTAT by 0800 daily to SGT Stacy Cook at stacy.d.cook2.mil@mail.mil PERSTAT will include all military participants (NG, CAN, 2CR, USAF, etc) civilians and Foreign Nationals We will need S1 POC for all reporting units
  12. CASUALTY OPERATION Casualty will be processed through Battalion S1 using DA Form 1155 & 1156 Forwarded through the G1
  13. AWARDS Awards must be submitted no later than 15 JUN 12 Forwarded through the G1 if required.
  14. Office supplies: Unit must submit request through USAREUR for approval. Contact the mayor cell for proper documentation. Fuel: Fuel for NTVs is located in the motor pool (Diesel only). M-T 0800-1645 F: 0800-1415 Close on weekends. Billeting & Utilities: Laundry, Showers, and Sauna Gym hours: 0800-2200

  17. Movement Control Team Tracks all flights in and out of Tallinn. Tracks military flights in and out of Amari. Coordinating movement between Latvia and Estonia as mission dictates.

G6 3 Type of Networks SIPR; red cable, EUR domain, limited availability NIPR; green cable, EUR domain, VoIP ESTNet; blue cable, open internet Wi-Fi in living areas is internet access only NIPR VoIP phones are DSN capable Provide Sys Admin (desktop) support for US personnel Help Desk is in Room 34 (SIPR Cafe)
  22. G6 The G-6 provide oversight of 3 networks; SIPR, NIPR, and ESTNet The Wi-Fi or network connections in the living areas are provided by the Estonians and is open internet access. The NIPR VoIP phones are DSN capable. The G-6 will provide system administration services to US users with EUR accounts (personnel from Germany). The help desk is located on the first floor in room 34, the SIPR Café.

  24. There are 3 separate facilities at Tapa: Barracks Motor pool Gym

  26. OFF LIMIT AREAS
  27. OFF LIMIT AREAS: Construction Sites Sites within the perimeter that have gates (even if the gates are open) Other Nation billets Male/Female billets Any off post area other than the Gym and Motor Pool that you do not have Command authorization to go to Use Common Sense.
  28. OFF LIMIT AREAS: The ONLY building you are allowed to go to on the gym compound is the gym. The compound there is not safe. The perimeter is not secure. Gym Curfew: 2200hrs The gym is next to the guarded ECP It’s OK to use it.
  29. The Gym and Motor Pool are the only locations you are allowed to go to without obtaining Command permission first. *Must use buddy team! *Must sign in/sign out! Mayor Cell/Staff Duty during off hours
  30. The motor pool ECP is a safe haven along the route from the barracks to the gym. GYM ECP Motor Pool ECP GYM
  31. RUNNING Run to the Gym Perimeter Fence (interior) Alternate route suggested by HN Security *MUST HAVE A BUDDY!
  32. RUNNING Due to construction, the perimeter fence route may only be used during hours when construction is not in progress. When construction is in progress, utilize the alternate route. Routes are posted in living areas.
  33. RUN ROUTE DURING CONSTRUCTION HOURS
  34. Installation security during this exercise is provided by the Estonian Defense League. They can be recognized by the orange arm band.
  35. EXERCISE BADGE Wear it visibly at all times, EXCEPT OFF POST. Has emergency numbers & explanation of who you are in Estonian language.
  36. VEHICLE PASSES TMP vehicles have passes/parking cards. Do not display these cards off post. Unauthorized persons can easily duplicate the cards, if they know what they look like. On post, keep the card displayed to indicate parking authorization.
  37. PROTECT YOUR HEALTH Drink only bottled water! It is provided. There is a medic station on site. Go if you need to. Conduct personal hygiene, and other measures to reduce risk of illness.
  38. ATMs There is a current criminal trend of theft via bogus or tampered with ATMs. Do not use ATMs on the street. Use ATMs located inside banks or major businesses.
