TS May 9-12 – Schedule SL instructions: • Both magnets ramped down Monday May 9th 7:00 latest • Thursday: check with CCC before restarting magnets: • TE-EPC will work at the TCR coils, so they will switch off-on the harmonic filter. We should check with the CCC before ramping-up the magnets to avoid having to ramping them down when the filter is switched on again. Schedule of the access: • Mon 8:15: RP survey (David + Yannick) • Mon 9:15: start cavern access • Thu 6:00 to 12:00: load test cavern lift. NO access • Thu 16:00: search L3 and close access Service perturbations: • Tue 9:00 to 15:00: cooling perturbation (mixed and chilled water in the cavern and CR1-4) • Wed-Thu: cleaning heat-exchanger SU2 (limited cooling power = no magnets!)

  2. TS May 9-12 – List of activities TPC: • 4638980 TPC – Replace FEE: 1 RCU and 1 FEC • 4 h inside L3 • 4642057 TPC - Upgrade of TPC HV distribution on 1 sector C-side • 4632781 TPC Laser – Work on laser system • PH-DT TPC Gas - replacing one electrical instrument -a frequency converter- in CR5. The TPC gas system will be stopped for ~1 day. The exact date within the TS is not yet settled ITS: • Refurbish dryer (FISAIR) • Unit disconnected and brought to surface Monday morning • Unit re-connected on Thursday latest. EN-EL to connect it to general services • New air flow-meter (Frederick) • 4641419 SPD - Manual valves replacement at the plant and cleaning of a sector • 4627361 SDD – Replace pressure regulator and pressure sensor • 4643809 SDD - Installation of 2 humidity sensors inside the SDD ventilation tubes from A-side (PP1 of the mini-frame)
