CLIMATE average Temp about 50 degrees F. average rainfall is 30 to 60 inches a year. As the seasons change, leaves fall off trees & trees change. During winter there is not enough water to keep all the plants alive, and so some of the leaves of the trees fall off and grow back. ever greens keep their leaves all year around.
