Learn to trust and let go Most people find it more comfortable to work and decide on things by themselves. They think they can be more productive, efficient, and effective this way. Sometimes they experience difficulties trusting other people and entrusting them some of their tasks. They are so dedicated to the point that they find it hard to let go of their works and let others help them.
