  3. 1.Clarifytheassignment 決定將什麼任務(what)分配給誰(whom) 1.確認承接該任務者,是否有能力完成 2.承辦人是否有時間,動機完成任務 3.確認之後,主管需要提供詳細資訊跟完成的期望 4.讓承辦人能夠依照自己的方式完成任務

  4. 2. Specifytheemployee’srangeofdiscretion 分配工作的狀況會與“限制”相關 主管分配工作時,會給予有限的權利 承辦人需知道被分配下來的標準和最高權力上限

  5. 3.Allowtheemployeetoparticipate 允許員工參與 注意:員工潛在的問題(ex:能力/個人偏見)

  6. 4.Informothersthatdelegationhasoccurred 分配工作時,應當公開化 不只主管與承辦人,其他利害關係人也應得知 最後,需說清楚一切指派工作之細節

  7. 5.Establishfeedbackchannels 監控承辦人之績效 設定總完成日期/每階段預定完成日期 定期確認承辦人: 是否濫用職權/遵循公司政策/使用正確流程
