PDCWG Meeting, cont. • Post disturbance Frequency Control • Secondary frequency oscillation following system disturbances. • Identified Responsive Reserve recall ramp rate contributing to control problem. • Requested recall ramp rate to be reduced by one half. • ERCOT unable to adjust without impacting deployment ramp rate • Requested a SIR be submitted to allow adjustment of the recall ramp rate without impacting the deployment.
