  1. The Patronas Twin Towers Made By: Rebecca McCord

  2. The Patronas Towers were designed by Cesar Pelli • They were built between 1992-1998 • They became the tallest buildings in the world

  3. They are located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia • There are 88 floors

  4. When making the towers they wanted to make express the culture and heritage of Malaysia.

  5. The towers are connected by a bridge on the 41st floor. It creates a gateway to the city.

  6. There are features such as a curtain wall of glass and stainless steel sun shades to block out some of the light.

  7. UNUSUAL!!! • What's unusual about the towers is that they each had different construction company. • Tower 2 was also finished before Tower 1 was because they found that Tower 1 leaned 25 mm on the ground with its own weight.

  8. The Patronas Towers • I would love to visit this site because I think it would be an eye opening experience. It would also show me the heritage and culture of Malyasia.
