Good things are happening: EITIRB meeting tomorrow for 30 minutes exclusively on eGov EC and I will be meeting with DS ideally this week as well but may slip to next week Relatively positive feedback from OMB based on our efforts – only Yellow Thanks for efforts to date. All agencies have to in accord with spirit and intent of the President’s Management Agenda, Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) and Clinger-Cohen. Your opportunity to leverage our contract resources. We’re doing in essence 29 agency tactical plans for one low price. Coupled with the Business cases, we’re aggressively taking on a lot. Will only be as good as the effort you and your Agency eGovernment Steering Committees put in. Folks are at different levels, some will be easy, some a lot more work. Common template but take as far as you can in terms of detail. You and your agency leadership must own. Turn over to Kara. We’ve done a lot. I hope you feel that way too. Now keep advancing the ball.     5. 5 Web-based Guidebook Provided Security resolved and after review from FT reps and ACIOs, the Guidebook should be ready on Tuesday of next week. In the spirit of eGovernment, we’ve made it web-based. Look through it. Use it as an aid to your tactical planning; also helpful for strategic planning in general, not just eGovernment. Add resources, make suggestions for improvement.
