Chapter 4Walk In Purity (17-32) • Not as the Gentiles walk (17-19) • Futility of their mind • Given over to licentiousness • As learned from Christ (20-32) • Heard, taught by Him and the truth which is in Him • Put off the old man, corrupt in its deceitful desires • Renewed in the spirit of one’s mind • Put on the new man (self) created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness

Chapter 4Walk In Purity (17-32) • Not as the Gentiles walk (17-19) • As learned from Christ (20-32) • Putting away the things of the old man: • Lying, but speaking the truth in love • Anger, giving no place to the devil • Stealing instead of working and giving to those in need • Corrupt speech, speaking with grace to edify those who hear • Grieving the Holy Spirit, by whom we were sealed for the day of redemption • All bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, evil speaking, all malice
