1. Welcome ToKG 1 مــرحبــا بــكم في صفوف الروضة الأولى

2. Organisation التنظيم Extra Clothes ملابس إضافية ملابس داخلية بنطلون قصير (شورت) قميص ( تيشيرت ) جوارب الرجاء تبديل الملابس الإضافية في حال استخدامها لطفـلكم في المـدرسـة لأي سـبـب. • Underwear • Shorts • T-Shirt • Socks Please remember toreplace clothes if yourchild uses them in school forany reason.

3. Snackالوجبات الخفيفة Healthy options… • Fruit • Vegetables/salad • Sandwiches • Water bottle • Juice Lunchbox A small lunch box or bag is suitable for your child’s snack. خيارات صحية: • فواكه • سلطة خضار • سندويشات • ماء • عصير حقيبة الطعام حقيبة طعام صغيرة ستناسب وجبة طفلكم.

4. What your child will need… إلى ماذا يحتاج طفلكم • Children do not need a school bag in KG1, and we would suggest using the blue Library Bag. • Children will complete a portfolio of work throughout the year. Please provide an A4 folder, 2D ring, 35 mm • لا يحتاج الأطفال إلى حقائب مدرسية في صفوف الروضة الأولى, ولكننا نقترح استعمال حقيبة المكتبة الزرقاء بدلاً منها. • سيقوم الأطفال بإكمال ملف إنجاز من أعمالهم خلال السنة. يرجى توفير ملف قياسه A4 ذو حلقات بإرتفاع 35 ملم. Children do not need any pencils, books or other utilities. لا يحتاج الأطفـال إلى أقـلام كـتـب أو أي مستـلـزمـات أخـرى.

5. School Hours الدوام المدرسي يبدأ الدوام المدرسي في الساعة 9 صباحاً وينتهي الساعة 2:15 ظهراً. الرجاء عدم إرسال الأطفال قبل الساعة 8:50 لأننا لا نستطيع مراقبتهم. حفلات أعياد الميلاد إذا كـنتم تودون إقامة حفلات أعياد ميلاد خلال أوقـات الـدوام المـدرسـي فـأكثـر الأوقـات الملائمة هي الساعة 1:30 حتى الساعة 2:15 ظهراً. مع إتفاق مسبق مع مدرسة الفصل. The school day begins at 9am and ends at 2.15pm.Do not send children to school before 8:50 as we can not guarantee supervision. Birthday Parties If you wish to have a birthday party during school hours the most appropriate time is 1.30pm until 2.10pmpre arranged with the class teacher.

Reports • Reports are an indication to you of the progress your child is making in different subjects. • School reports are sent home at the end of every term: • December • April • June • التقارير • التقارير هي نتائج التقدم الذي أحرزه طفلكم في كافة المجالات. • تقارير المدرسة سترسل للبيت في نهاية كل فصل دراسي: • ديسمبر • أبريل • يونيو

8. البرنامج اليومي Daily Routine • Class hours are from 9:00am to 2:15pm • It is essential for children to be dropped off on time (9:00am) .If they arrive after 9:20am they will be marked as late. • Children will have five specialist lessons per week • ICT • Music • Arabic • P.E • Library • Singing assembly • Children will have 2 snack sessions and 2 playground breaksdaily . • ساعات الدوام من الساعة 9:00 صباحاً حتى الساعة 2:15 ظهراً • من الضروري أن يكون إسقاط الأطفال في الوقت المحدد من (9:00 صباحا) وفي حال حضورهم بعد الساعة 9:20 سيتم تسجيلهم متأخرين. • سيأخذ الأطفال خمس دروس من مواد اختصاص كل أسبوع: • كمبيوتر • موسيقى • عربي • رياضة • مكتبة • عرض غنائي لجميع الصفوف. • سيكون لدى الأطفال فترتين للطعام و فترتبن للعب في الخارج يومياً.

Throughout each unit we will be developing your child’s mathematical, language and social skills through various mediums including art, I.C.T and music. من خلال كل وحدة من هذه الوحدات سنقوم بتطوير مهارات الطفل الحسابية واللغوية والاجتماعية من خلال وسائل مختلفة بما في ذلك الفن وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والموسيقى.

10. EFL • EFL support runs throughout the school. • KG1 has their own EFL teacher: • MsNaseemKhalifah. • EFL is designed to give extra support to children with English as a Foreign language. • Children participate in activities and games with a small group giving them the opportunity to practice new vocabulary. • It is very beneficial to children, allowing them to gain confidence in the English Language. • الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية • إن برنامج دعم اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية متوفر في كافة المراحل خلال المدرسة. • يوجد مدرسة EFL خاصة بصفوف الروضة الأولى: • الآنسة نسيم خليفة. • لقد صمم برنامج EFL ليدعم الطلاب اللذين تعتبر اللغة الإنجليزية ليست لغتهم الأم. • يشارك الطلاب من خلاله بنشاطات وألعاب في مجموعات صغيرة مما سيتيح لهم الفرصة للتعرف على مفردات جديدة. • إن البرنامج مفيد جداً للأطفال. مما يكسبهم الثقة بالنفس استخدام اللغة الإنجليزية.
