Technical specifications: • Creative/narrative writing piece: essay, poem, story, or play • 400-500 words if you’re writing an essay, story, or play • 250-500 words if you’re writing a poem • 12 pt. font, Times New Roman • No name/heading in paper (you will staple a contest sheet) • Can use personal pronouns Judging will be based on: • relevance to the topic, “How Can Technology Enhance Your Ability To Be A Better Citizen?” • correct grammar and spelling • thoughtfulness, originality, creativity, and style
