  3. April 1 • Use Heise natural flow forecast to predict natural flow diversion

  4. April 1 • Predict reservoir fill and storage allocation based on similar year.

  5. July and September • Have the storage allocation for each of the canals. • Will know the natural flow diverted up to that point. • Will find a year with similar reach gains to predict natural flow diversions for the remainder of the season.
