  1. A brief discussion on Hepbest 25 mg Indication: The HEPBEST is used for the treatment of HIV-1 infection and chronic hepatitis B. For the HIV-1 infection, this drug (tenofovir) is indicated together with the other antiretroviral agents for those patients who are two years of age and older. For chronic hepatitis B patients, the hepbest 25 mg is recommended for patients 12 years of age and older. The HEPBEST helps in order to block the HIV-1 reverse transcriptase, a kind of chemical in the body (enzyme) that is required for HIV-1 in order to multiply. The hepbest Ip lowers the amount of HIV-1 in the blood (called viral load) and may help in order to increase the number of T cells (called CD4 cells). Lowering the level of the HIV-1 in the blood may lower the probability of death or infections that may happen when your immune system is weak (opportunistic infections). HepBest Side Effects: The most commonly reported side effects include: •nausea •rash •diarrhea •headache •pain •depression

Administration of the hepbest 25mg Ip with a high fat meal increased tenofovir AUC by approximately 40% and Cmax by approximately 14%. What should I do if I miss a dose of the hepbest? It is necessary that you do not skip or miss any doses. If you miss a dose of the hepbest, consume it as soon as possible and then consume your very next scheduled dose at its regular time. If it is almost time for your very next dose, do not consume the missed dose. Wait and consume the very next dose at about the regular time. Do not double the next dose. What happens if I take too much Hepbest?
