  1. A brief discussion on Hepbest 25 mg Indication: The HEPBEST is used for the treatment of HIV-1 infection and chronic hepatitis B. For the HIV-1 infection, this drug (tenofovir) is indicated together with the other antiretroviral agents for those patients who are two years of age and older. For chronic hepatitis B patients, the hepbest 25 mg is recommended for patients 12 years of age and older. The HEPBEST helps in order to block the HIV-1 reverse transcriptase, a kind of chemical in the body (enzyme) that is required for HIV-1 in order to multiply. The hepbest Ip lowers the amount of HIV-1 in the blood (called viral load) and may help in order to increase the number of T cells (called CD4 cells). Lowering the level of the HIV-1 in the blood may lower the probability of death or infections that may happen when your immune system is weak (opportunistic infections). HepBest Side Effects: The most commonly reported side effects include: •nausea •rash •diarrhea •headache •pain •depression
