Employee Anti-Corruption • Policeofficers (3 years training in police academy) further special training courses (min. 3 seminars) in investigations regarding criminal offences of corruption • Policeofficers with university graduate (Diplom/Bachelor/Master) economic, financial or IT (favoured expert knowledge in compliance) degree with min. 3 years professional experience and 1 year training at the police academy • With all authority given by the criminal law • Civil official with university graduate in economic or financial degree without training at the police academy • No authority by the cirminal law only experts in financial or economic metters

Employee Selection Anti-Corruption • Officers must bevoluntary !!! • Recruiting • 2006/2011 public tender for graduated staff • Every vacant post by internal announcement • Officers should have experience in criminal investigations • Most officers change from economic crime investigations or analysis departments • Favoured apliccants with experience in compliance and suchlike
