  10. Starting Point Scenarios for Discussion 1The equity equivalent to pennies on the tax rate is the incremental amount above the 4.3 cents previously modeled. The equity is for costs associated with the project, debt service, and operating impacts. Preliminary estimate only. We will work with county staff to confirm. *Amount equal to original request ^ Project Total does not includes costs associated with issuing borrowed proceeds, operating impacts, or debt service
