Project Overview • PTU-15 & PTU-16 Lease • Project Scope • Producing 10 KBD condensate and cycling 200 MCFD of gas • One production well on West Pad, 2 injection wells on Central Pad • Production facilities, camp, airstrip, infield roads • 12” Liquids export pipeline tying into Badami Sales Oil Pipeline • 8” gathering line from West Pad to Central Pad • Current Status • Engineering and CPI Procurement nearing completion • Central Pad gravel fill and infrastructure work progressed • Over 2200 pipeline supports installed • Service Pier, Diesel Storage, Permanent Operations Camp, and Air Strip installed and operating Central Pad October 2012 Central Pad May 2013

Award imminent Winter 2014 scope: Ice Road; Install Export Pipeline; complete Sea Lift Bulkhead; mining and gravel placement for pads and roads; install 3 bridges
