Tariffs and ServicesinRomania unit for the tariff: companies: m³ households: per inhabitant medium tariff: companies: ~ 15 €/m³ households: ~ 1,1 €/person/month • Payments: • directly from the customer • Services: • weekly waste collection, in blocks every second day - 1 collection point with separate collection for ~2000 inhabitants • waste bin for free • Problems: • SME are bringing waste to public collection points • 15% of the registered Romanian inhabitants are in foreign countries (problems with calculation of the fees) • difficult to get information about the inhabitants per houshold • international companies do not want to respect prices • increasing of prices

Tariffs and Servicesin Serbia medium tariff (Brantner): company: 18 Din/m² houshold: 0,80 €/person/month unit for the tariff: company: m² housholds: per person/month • Payments: • directly from the customer • Services: • weekly collection for private houses and two times for blocks • 1 collection point for 1000 inhabitants • collection of recycling material with bags • waste bin for everybody • Problems: • registration of the inhabitants • big companies do not want to pay per m² • payment rate • invoicing (many invoices with a small amount) • increasing of tariffs – national level (free market)
