Planning, Budgeting, and Accountability 6 • The Board of Governors has been building a comprehensive system to align strategic planning, budgeting, and performance accountability processes. • It includes: • The State University System Strategic Plan. • Individual University Strategic Plans. • Multi-Year University Work Plans (including performance targets), Updated Annually. • Legislative Budget Requests Aligned with Institutional and System Plans. • University Annual Reports (including performance reporting).
