  2. Chapter One: The Powers of the Executive branch. In this chapter you will find: • The vice president’s powers • The President’s powers • The powers of the executive branch itself.

  3. The Powers of the Vice President. The vice president has a few powers like: • The Vice President is the president of the senate • The Vice President is the president's top adviser

  4. The powers of the President. The president has many powers that include: • Vetoing laws • Electing Supreme court members • Negate treaties • Watch armed forces • And many more.

The executive branch is made up of the cabinet, the president, and the vice president and all share some power: • The cabinet is selected by the president • The cabinet is basically secretaries and second hand advisors to the president • The vice president, the president, and the cabinet work out problems together.
