MILLET BUTTER 1 ½ cup hot water 2 tsp agar power 2/3 cup raw, blanched almonds 1 ½ tsp. salt 1 small – cooked carrot 1 tsp. unsweetened coconut 1 ½ cup hot, cooked millet Bring water and agar powder to a roiling boil. Whiz in blender, adding the other ingredients in their order, one by one, blend until very smooth. Place in a sprayed mold and turn over onto plate. Refrigerate. Will keep for about 6 – 7 days.
