Explain the governance structure of the organization • Identify the anticipated changes to the NAHQ and HQCB governance structure, including the emphasis on “Good to Great” • Identify the steps required to achieve and maintain certification as an HQ professional

  25. Leadership Through Recertification • Recertification cycles end on December 31. A grace period is allowed thru January 31. • If certification lapses by the end of the grace period, the CPHQ certification is forfeited and the exam must be retaken. • Reminders are sent out by the HQCB office, starting 6 months prior the expiration date, but it is still YOUR responsibility to renew your CPHQ certification by the end of the grace period. • Recertification required every 2 years • Requires 30 hours of continuing education • Continuing education topics must relate to the exam outline • Requires a recertification of $175.00
