  • 1. Launch of the call: report to local newspapers / 1 general informative session/3 informative sessions in specific faculties (Economics and Business, Biology and Education)/2 general mailings to the community/a crowded office during the application period.
  • 2. Selection process: contact with the academic staff: Deans, Directors of Departments and international coordinators at the faculties.

  • 3. New meetings with selected outgoing applicants and mailing to the incoming students and teachers.
  • 4. Contacts with the involved faculties and academic coordinators
  • 5. Contacts with the Mobility and Information Section: arrangement of inner and reception issues.

  • Elaboration of informative documents for outgoing and incoming students

  • Orientative session on September the 3rd: enrollment proceedings, smart card, academic coordinators, etc…Also attended by representatives of the programme Vivir in Murcia: meetings with the police.
  • Specific meeting with master’s and doctorate students for enrollment proceedings on September the 7th.

  • A SEPTEMBER INTENSIVE COURSE OF SPANISH (60 HOURS) SPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR ERASMUS MUNDUS STUDENTS. FREE OF CHARGE.
