Review of Interim Appendix 18: Background, Evaluation Criteria, and Committee Structure

  2. Background • AS-2053-023/FA was passed by the Senate and transmitted to President Suzuki on 1/24/03. • No response from President Suzuki or President Ortiz. • The President instituted an interim version of Appendix 18 effective June 19, 2008
